Research Use Only

All products sold by NovaHelix are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item was received damaged.
  • The incorrect item was supplied.
  • The product arrived defective.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must remain unopened and in its original packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Photographs of any damage or incorrect item may be requested.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened products
  • Products used after delivery
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Orders refused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Processing Refunds
